Guenther Dziuvenis is regional vice president and general manager for Johnson Controls Inc., and is based out of Kansas City, Mo. Guenther graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Guenther's 30-year career with Johnson Controls, which began upon graduation from college, has given him the opportunity to work with numerous clients on complex systems projects located throughout the United States. In that time, he has both led and been responsible for all aspects of facility systems design, construction, commissioning, and ongoing operations/maintenance.

In November of 2007, at a worldwide leadership conference held in Frankfurt, Germany, Johnson Controls, Inc., presented Guenther with the 2007 Chairman's Award for Leadership Excellence. The award is presented by Johnson Controls to recognize extraordinary leadership. Guenther was one of only four recipients to receive the award.
