Jim Hedgpeth joined Leo A Daly in 1998 and serves as principal of Operations for the firm's headquarters office in Omaha, which has more than 170 employees.  He is responsible for professional services, including project delivery, technical process, and resource allocation and utilization.  Jim also handles day-to-day operational management, playing a pivotal role in keeping all aspects of the practice connected.  He has more than 30 years of professional experience in the architectural and engineering industry.  A registered architect, he has bachelor's and master of Architecture degrees from Clemson University.  He is a member of the American Institute of Architects, Building Owners and Managers Association, National Trust for Historic Preservation, and Rotary International.
